SPORTS VEHICAL
Our SPORTS vehicles offer a unique ride and experience of a sports “speedboat” that follows the advanced design of a classic car, but with emphasized sports elements. We currently have a Black Edition of the Type R Civic, which features a black interior covered with red vibrant details. The sporting elements are made of carbon fiber, which also contributes to better aerodynamics. It is also characterized by more robust bumpers, a carbon diffuser and three exhaust pipes.

All our vehicles are in perfect condition, regularly serviced, fully insured and covered by travel assistance in the Republic of Croatia and nearby countries.
If you want to travel across the border of the Republic of Croatia it is necessary to emphasize this in advance and ask for a green auto insurance card.
LONG-TERM
In addition to the long-term lease contract for the rental of vehicles for a period of 12 months or more are included:
basic and casco insurance
costs of registration and technical inspection
tax on road motor vehicles
costs of regular maintenance of the vehicle
road assistance and replacement vehicle
full flexibility to return the vehicle after 30 days
payment for the service by monthly bills
CONDITIONS
The Customer must have at least 19 years and 1 year of driving experience, while for higher class vehicles or sports vehicles, he must have at least 24 years and 5 years of driving experience.
In addition, the Customer must have valid documents (driver’s license, ID card or passport) to prove that he or she meets the rental conditions mentioned above. MONICARS reserves the right to make copies of these documents. He/she must also have a valid credit card to guarantee for the obligations from the lease and the rental conditions, in accordance with these terms and the lease agreement.

OFTEN ASKED QUESTIONS
1. What documents are required to rent a vehicle?
Identity card or passport and driver`s license.
2. Is a credit card required?
A credit card is required by renting a vehicle, in the name of the vehicle hirer. A security deposit is taken on the credit card which depends on the category of the rented vehicle.
3. What is a credit card deposit for?
Credit card deposit is used for charging the agreed rental, possible damages, extensions of lease, subsequent collection of additional services, penalties of parking, speeding etc., and for all other fees from car rental.
4. Insurance
MONICARS d.o.o. uses two types of insurance
a) BASIC VEHICLE INSURANCE
Customer is responsible for damage to the vehicle up to the height of the franchise (damage participation).
b) FULL VEHICLE INSURANCE
The user is not responsible for any damage to the vehicle, regardless of who is to blame for the damage. It is paid additionally depending on the category of the rental car. There is no franchise in this type of insurance if the user complies with the GENERAL RENTAL TERMS.
5. What is a franchise?
The franchise is the customer’s responsibility for any damage to the vehicle (unless it has full insurance). The price of the franchise depends on the category of rental vehicle. A larger vehicle category also means a larger franchise.
6. How can rent be paid?
The rental can be paid with all credit cards (American Express, Diners, Visa, Mastercard), Maestro and cash.
7. Can more people drive a rented vehicle?
More people can be put on a Lease Agreement as drivers. By picking up a car, all drivers must have their driving licenses inspected and meet the rental conditions.
8. Crossing the border
The user is obliged to indicate by renting a vehicle that he will use the vehicle outside the borders of the Republic of Croatia. If the lessor approves, only then the lessee has the right to use the vehicle out of the border. A special fee is charged for such use of the vehicle and a GREEN PAPER is issued to the customer for crossing the border.
9. What is the procedure in case of damage / accident to a vehicle?
If you have any damage to the vehicle, you should call the lessor and the police in order to make a police record and to ensure that the agreed conditions apply.
